I went to Cupra in Brighton a week or so ago and they couldn’t have been less helpful if they’d tried, truly awful service. I had a similar experience in the 2 Renault dealers I visited in Eastbourne and also again in Brighton which shared the Cupra forecourt. I tried 3 ties to get a test drive in an AUSTRAL I gave up in the end
