Hi Adrian, my Hyundai dealer told me I could only have an ionic 6 from dealer stock and that I was unable to order a car from factory in specification I wanted. Can you ask your dealer if you could place a factory order if you wanted.
As others have said, the dealer is talking BS. They clearly have Ioniq 6 models in stock within their dealer group that they are struggling to shift, so are trying to push you into taking one. If you have your heart set on getting one, tell them that you know that you are able to place a factory order and would like to do so, or go to another Hyundai dealership.
