Its a shambels so it is. Pit me survey in 3 months ago an nothing. Its stuck at instal cant even apply to dno to get work done, need a bigger fuze or sonething. Tried contacyting dno an the cant finds application from wepower anywhere. Complained yo mb not that is gong to do any good.
What rating is your cutout fuse?
Sounds like Ohme is sitting on your survey, either waiting for a in person survey or awaiting an installation slot. If you cutout is rated >60A the installation can go ahead but the DNO must have been informed of any minor works required so they can come around and upgrade it for you.
Are you on a looped supply by any chance?
