No – it’s not rocket science TomN – it’s just useless implementation to blame for poor user experience.
The online survey was far too involved and complicated. All that’s necessary is for them to gave a picture of your meter, consumer panel and where you want the box. That’s not rocket science but the level of extra detail requested and the computer says no inability to submit without every field being inputted really annoyed me. No one objects to a 10 minute task but when that takes several hours – it’s just not on. Feel free to intimate I’m thick but I can assure you I’m not!
