Masquerade, Like you, we went from an Allspace 4MOTION to the CX60. It’s a seriously beautiful looking car but not without It’s irritations lol!! One thing for sure – the days of sitting in a car and just setting off are gone. I’m still finding out all the menus and it needs a super brain!! Most annoying feature so far? The bloody lane assist – It’s like trying to throttle an amorous anaconda and can’t seem to quite kill it off like the proverbial vampire!! The windscreen seems almost permanently fogged up – worse than anything ever encountered. And the interior space is much smaller than the Allspace. Don’t quite love it as much as I thought I would but growon me!
Re the fogging, have you got the climate control on ‘Auto’ and the air recirculation on either ‘Auto’ or off? If so, you should never have any fogging at all – ever.
Im not saying that this applies to you, but I find that an awful lot of people don’t realise that Climate Control should be left on ‘Auto’ permanently all year round and just the temperature adjusted for the different seasons. Often people misunderstand Climate Control or Air Conditioning to be something that you only use to cool a car down in hot weather, whereas it should be used 365 days a year in all temperatures, as it dehumidifies the air (so stops windows misting up) and also stops drivers getting drowsy. I have a mate who drives me nuts with this. He’s forever turning it on and off, so the car is hot, cold, hot, cold and draughty. I’ve explained countless times just to set it at a temperature he likes and leave the damned thing alone ?
