Hmmmm, a COP in an Arab country will always have the cloud of petrochemicals hanging over it. I’d be amazed if there weren’t a mass of stories where we’re doing it all wrong and we should stick with the old, polluting methods for much longer. Maybe self interest is playing a part. Once we can all harness the power of nature, the influence and wealth of the oil producers will reduce.
