The hinge looks like its broken at the bottom?
Kezo, thats a lever that pulls down, it comes out about an inch and can be pushed back in again. The base of the hinge has what looks like a screwdriver slot in it, the top of the hinge into the frame has a screw thread, I’m thinking it can be screwed to lift it, but not sure about the lever thing.
