Quick bit of maths for you ? Filled up the Ateca today, busy week so 224 miles for £42, @ £1.539Litre – £6.99Gallon (36.6mpg due to longer runs) from what I can see online the Enyaq is managing 3.7 to 4.3 miles per kWh. At an average of 4 miles to the kWh 224 miles would be 56kWh which at 7.5p on Octopus Intelligent would be a huge £4.20 so at least 10x cheaper ? So, for my 3yr lease I’d do around 16000 miles and use at least 437 gallons = £ 3054, Enyaq would be £305! Even allowing for range dropping in colder weather and a massive increase in electricity cost it wouldn’t be much over say £500 ?
