I’ve just had a look at the Genesis website and, unbelievably, there are only 3 showrooms (or Studios as they call them) – two in London and one in Edinburgh. Unless and until there is a massive expansion in this network, it wouldn’t be practical to launch them on Motability, where it is essential for customers to try the car physically to see that it meets their needs. So I’m afraid that my optimism was probably misplaced. Shame, as I think they’d be popular.
