Good news – I’ve just had confirmation that Marshalls are able to give £500 cash for an i4 on Motability order! They haven’t guaranted this on my order in August, just saying if it is available at the time of hand over you would get it. Did order from Adam at Grimsby BMW who has looked after me well. We took his i4 35m sport on a 3 hour drive with my wife. That’s the way dealers should act with customers.
Admittedly 2 years ago, I got my local BMW dealer to match the Marshalls £500 offer, even though they are a completely different group, by saying that I was prepared to travel to a Marshall’s dealership to get the saving. There was no condition that it had to still be in place when the car arrived either, as that would be a bit naughty (as you make the decision to order not knowing 100% when the car will arrive). I got 15% discount off the options as well. Always worth negotiating and being prepared to shop around.
