I have only now through this forum become aware of peoples BP woes

Reading the above it seems that some BP and ALL Easee motorbility customers are to be moved over to Ohme

Good chargers I hear as long as you have a good 4G signal

Unsure of the BP swap over but I know Easee to Ohme will be given a free untethered Ohme Pod and those who required tethered will have to pay a fee to upgrade to the Ohme Pro

Pod is the newest smaller profile untethered Ohme charger and as Kezo kindly explained to me the swap over from one to the other is usually a straight forward affair

    Just to add

I have been told by motorbility that dedicated teams are dealing with these matters so best to ask to speak directly with them if you want to get anywhere and not just get fobbed off as sometimes happens

I say this as many of the call handlers are not fully up to speed with what is a fluid situation

A situation imo that has been poorly managed resulting in zero communication with its customers thus leaving everyone in the dark without any clear idea of what is happening next

    Allowing rumours abound

Have to wonder why something as big as this that involves huge sums of money is not being openly documented and spoke about directly with its customers

PR digging themselves an even bigger hole imo

Lets see how this pans out
