i’ve had a personalised plate on my car for 3 cars now. i wasn’t aware of this rule. My plate refers to my name anyway.
when I was diagnosed with terminal cancer i bought a new porsche and a private plate. ( i could afford it then lol)
so when i beat the terminal diagnosis i’ve kept the plate on my cars. good luck charm i suppose.
