Yeah totally agree Kezo, although I was told in the showroom that I ordered the car from, that going forward, the only thing Cupra will be bringing out are there very own bespoke cars, yes built at their now separate Cupra Factory in deepest Catalonia, and yes, using the same platforms the have served well VW Group in the past, and why would you change a winning formula that way.
At the same time. I just can’t wait to see what next, if the Formentor, their new standalone bespoke designed car is a taster.
And having read the car dealer magazine article, it does in deed look like Seat, as a company is going to disappear soon, and possibly you may find also, that VW Group stop using the Cupra name on their models going forward. Which will allow Cupra to fully become that bespoke Premium VW Group company to go to, for all things pleasure.
