It’s always worth taking screenshots when you do stuff like this online to give some sort of proof of what you did.
Have you made an official complaint to Motability yet? If not get that in. I’d also send a subject access request to RSA asking for everything they have with your name on it, don’t mention why they might provide you with evidence backing your claim accidentally.
