Well after an aweful night of 28C in the bedroom and having to wear a CPAP mask is not nice in this heat. @MenorcaMike good advice there Mike. Today is supposed to be the hottest day. It’s making my breathing worse than ever.. Need cooler temps please
I fitted a Vent Axia PIV (positive input ventillation) primarily to help with this ole house’s humidity. I also found it helped my breathing of an evening and over night. Having the aircon on also helps, though its not cheap to run these days 🙂
