Motabilitys’s trouble is no competition in general even tho this isn’t their fault as such.
Not sure we can claim that Motability is not at fault after all we’re the ones that are being told by Motability that nothing has changes regards to us as Motability customer and the change of insurers and it will not effect us in anyway whereas if what we’re seeing here there has been a fundamental change to the insurance policy that we have no say in.
