Yep latest call I am still on hold and at 1 hour 6 minutes.
Sad thing is the disabled person I am supporting has me to keep trying to resolve it, but if they did not they literally will have been in a very bad place by now both mentally and physically.
Fortunately they have me as their PA and while it has to be the most frustrating experience I have had, I am getting paid and have the satisfaction of knowing that I am deflecting HUGE amounts of stress from a disabled person.
