    Good news all round. Motability took on my case and the case manager has now arranged for me to get a new charger supplied and fitted at no cost to myself. It is from Ohme. At last after a month of getting fobbed off by BP Pulse my issue will, hopefully, be resolved soon. Great customer service from Karen at Motability
