I still think you may be having issues with how the cars are advertised and your personal interpretation of what those words mean.
“Cars are available on Motability ” to me and possibly to the majority, means that carvus available to order on the Motability scheme. Not all models at every manufacturer are are available on the Motability scheme.
I would not agree that this us false advertising at all, it us factually correct.
If you went into a dealership and wanted a car the same day, in the majority of cases,mthis will not happen,mprivate, business or Motability customer.
Manufacturers now work on a just in tine process where they build cars to order and don’t have cars sitting in fields waiting for customers anymore.
