Not sure! Have you contacted Nissan UK with internal order number, dealer should give it, if you ask. or have you looked on Qashqai forums to see if there is a way.
yes I called Nissan UK and they said that “unfortunately we cannot help as this is a direct order with the dealership so they will be the only people to answer”. Hhaha frustrating!
I find that rather weird to be honest and do wonder if your getting fobbed off! I mean all orders will have to go through Nissan UK, regardless of whether Motability pay for their cars. Hyundai for example I needed the “1011” code (internal order #), contacted Hyundai UK on social media with this number, 48hrs later I receive a reoly stating what stage my car was at and delivery week expected at docks!
