    <p style=”text-align: left;”>Looks like the switch has been chaotic. Rang last night to lodge a new incident, told system problems and to ring today. No answer this morning ( 20 mins). They answered tonight after 40 mins, and told they cannot log the incident until next week, and they cannot ring you when ready to log. Another good move for the customer by Notability Operations.</p>
