Surely available is a play on words and your interpretation of it. As others have said, it means available on the scheme. Marmite is available in my local Tesco but yesterday much to my dismay, it was out of stock. I’m not sure that was illegal though…..
I believe because the user is new to Motability she has gotten the wrong end of the stick. I do not recall seeing anyone else on here ever complain about this exact subject.
It is a matter of context, for instance, no Porsches are available on Motability, but one day, the dude from VAG decides he wants the Macan to be on the scheme, Porsche will say the Macan is “Available on Motability”, as an example. You still have to go through the ordering process if you could afford the AP.
