I’ve just checked and all information we would need to show police etc is on the portal. I don’t keep unnecessary paperwork as it just causes clutter. Nothing of concern or missing from the old policy and the portal seems easier to navigate and easier to change things. My excess is still the same at £100.
Ive just looked at my “Motability online account” and i can see naff all , all it says is i have One Notification bell,does not show how you would open this notification.
