So i ordered a Volkswagen Tiguan allspace in January 2023 got told October 2023 it would be ready, last month i rang them they said maybe September definitely October. Rang them today to now be told February 2024. I feel these extremely long waits for people on mobility is terrible, mine is for my disabled daughter to be able to get her to her hospital appointments, as she freaks out on the trains etc, mobility cars should be dealt with alot quicker as there is a need & purpose for the car to be able to help disabled people be more mobile, & the mobility scheme has no other opinions to help its a matter of having to wait that simple.
