I have opted to turn off auto locking as I prefer to use the key fob as the folding mirrors gives assurance the task is complete

Purchased my own Faraday pouches/and also x2 protective overlay key fob covers for both of the already LARGE flimsey standard key fobs .. see pic..will be needed with this car for key home storage not only for security but also to stop the fobs batteries from constantly being drained ( always best to have spares in the glovebox as you WILL need them more often than usual,I hear)
Home charging is a doddle as opted and easily set the car to receive charge on demand (as tariff delay timer is not needed ) max 80% charge ( quickest/recommended battery care charge times being between 20%/80% ) plugged lead into Easee home wall charger then into the car.
I had already unlocked the home wall charger via its simple to use app which incidentally monitors the Kw used and its total cost and away it went,progress can be see either via charger app or via my renault app the latter being able to remotely activate many things inc car temperture via air con.
I am learning and tweaking to preference but basically on pick up its adjust seat foot on brake push start button pull steering wheel gear selector arm down to D and off you go ( indicator selector arm still being on the left hand side was a bonus) yep grabbed the wiper arm a couple of times instead of the gear lever lol
This car is reactive and nippy and hear a slower calmer driving style is best once the wet weather sets in
Get used to head turning as these are few and far between at the moment
Spending rest of the day with having to keep my feet up as its now pay back time following the events of the last 48hrs
