I was driving my wife’s motability carlast weekend, she was in the car as well. I am a named driver on the car. We were hit by a driver running a red light. I sustained a broken back and my wife 3 ribs. The wife’s car will be written off as they had to cut the roof off. Just wondering if we will have another car and will we have to find the down payment again.
