I’m on my second CX5 from the scheme and couldn’t recommend highly enough. My previous car was the Volvo XC60 and I never felt it a step down.
im 6’3, 19st with multiple disabilities including back and leg problems but I find getting in and out easy and a very comfortable ride. The interior finish and spec at all levels is excellent and I’ve the 2l sport. The seats are comfortable with plenty of adjustment, electricly operated. There are some who say it is underpowered but I have never found that a problem and I drive mostly rural and urban.
Im sure others may disagree but as someone who has come from Volvo to Mazda, I saw it as a step up and when my change is due, my only decision is another CX5 or a CX60. Realistically the CX5 as I don’t need a bigger car and the AP is less justifiable.
