@tvs just spoke to Marshal’s they said you only get the £500 cashback if the offer is available at the time of delivery and registration of the car. So even if you place the order now and the offer is removed in April you wont get the £500. Also said that the car can be ordered via telephone and there is a huge demand just like you said. M sport unlikely to come out next month as even the i4 is above the motability threshold amount.
