Thanks for the help @Kezo, the consumer unit (meter) is on an outside wall but there is a passageway between the wall and the garage where I would prefer the charger to be installed. Not sure if this is a possibility.
When you say passageway are you refering to an outside path and detatched garage or a passageway in the house?
Can you put up a couple of photo’s?
