Was laughing at your range anxiety in a Victor, for me it would be the times in the early ’80’s that I was on my Honda CB900 in the Highlands on a Sunday blast…first you had to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday, then you had to make sure you were there early as they all seemed to close at 4pm. The CB900 only managed 100-120 miles on a tank, think my worst was 89 miles (but my overall speed would have been somewhere far North of that).
But yes, range anxiety is a bit misplaced, you just need to adapt from fill every 400+ miles to a fill is required if I’m going over 200+ miles. My last two long journeys were painless, both using motorway services for charging (no drama, no queues).
