I don’t think you need be concerned at all. The Swedish concerns were mostly about ambiguous and incorrect documentation and labelling that wasn’t visible when the cover is on. Easee are currently rectifying these things and appealing.
As Kezo said, you’ll have an RCD fitted upstream anyway.
Even if Easee folded support and maintenance on the thousands and thousands of chargers already installed would be carried out via whatever measures are implemented and worse case scenario Motability would probably replace the charger.
My Easee has been fine since being installed August 2022.
