No! You will have a RCD fitted upstream of the charger, which overrides the electronic device fitted to the charger – the reason Sweden banned it.
The Easee charger also has PEN fault protection,which also meets regulation 722.411.4.1 of BS7671.
I would be more concerned if the company goes under, given its current financial wow’s, since the ban in Sweden – which could leave you without a warranty in the event of a fault should the company go under!
