I find it very difficult to comment further without sounding very negative. The accident happened some eight months ago, with the car scrapped! So almost impossible to defend any charges which I am surprised have not been sorted by now in any case. As I say its impossible to comment further other than to wish Dianne the best.
I tend to agree as its out of my confort zone in regards to providing accurate advise!
