Yep I agree, we were seriously planning to come off the scheme and buy one, got a quote about 6 months back for an Enyaq, it was around £800, got another quote earlier this week and it was £1200. Both were from comparison sites. Plus you have the £750 payment and Motability pay for the charger.
I was very close to moving back into private ownership at the end of April,had a quote on CompareTheMarket for £475 fully comp protected no claims,in the last few days i did another quote for the same vehicle and its now £755…………so they can take a running jump.
