I can imagine its very stressful and I sight the problems this can cause. Last month while on holiday I parked up at a BB disable bay at Ryde on the Isle of Wight and while unloading my scooter another BB user pulled into the bay next to me and as it happened a parking warden was doing the rounds checking pay and display ticket and of course BB’s.
The guy who’d pull in next to me had a badge that expired the week before and I heard him explain to the warden he had sent the renewal 8 weeks ago and not got it back yet.
He was lucky the warden was there to tell of his problem but had he left a note on the dash saying “it’s in the post” I’m sure he would of got a ticket.
