They’ve struggled to sell them in the numbers they anticipated. There’s a YouTube video by The Electric Viking where he says the real world range is very poor, he believes this is why they have poor sales.

Watched a few youtube range test vid’s and actuallymanaged to not forget to write the info down on last video. The guy charged to 100% at a speed of 65mph for 266 miles and there was 53% battery left at temperature of 8c (converted from km’s) He did another test at 75mph but didn’t write it down.

There is a couple of economy (range) threads on the UK Ariya forum which don’t look to shabby as below, theres also a few posts in another summer thread.

I don’t about sales figures in Europe however, I heard Nissan introduce the lager 87kw battery too late (2022) compared to other maufacturers, who had allready launched bigger battery models.

I nipped down to look at one this afternoon (can’t believe I went look at an EV!!) and as usual they only had a top spec Evolve model with the 87kw batter, which also happened to be a awd e-40rce. The interior space was excellent although they didn’t even have the smaller 63kw Advance to look at saying they have sold all stock.  It is popular round here, I guess because the interior doesn’t look as bland as the VW group cars!. Booked a test drive which again I can’t believe, although ring another locall dealer to see if they have a more appropiate model to test 🙂
