Yes, thanks Kezo, that’s the article. There d9es seem to be two uss7es with Easee, the first the question over rcd cut out and the second the financial stability if yhe company I suspect, due too the questions on the first concern. The fact they gave severely cut back on staff is also a concern for those with units already fitted
Yes it seems that the RCD issue which led to the subsequent sales ban will affect around 100,000 wall boxes in Sweden, has began to trigger a domino effect throgh the whole company.
It would surprise me if we saw the company fold to remove all liability in Sweden, regroup as a new company under a different name!
I do wonder if there has been some intention of foul play on the company where Sweden is concerned!
“Christoph Erni, directly challenged the Easee argument on their “interpretation” of EC standards and is also a member of the committee that develops the international standard for conductive charging systems for EVs. He is also the CEO of the Swiss charging infrastructure manufacturer Juice Technology. It is common practice for industry representatives to contribute to the standards. Nevertheless, it is worth noting again that Erni is not only a representative of the ICE but also the head of an Easee competitor.”!!!
