That’s exactly what they asked me to do, anything bar fixing the problem by upgrading the charger. How do they expect to build up their business and get a share of the home charging market if they just try and fob folk off and people get their charger replaced by another provider. All businesses rely on word of mouth, the best advertisement for their products, and for people to recommend products so BP Pulse has let themselves down badly here.
