Oh my life, this literally happened to me 2 days ago, I was pulling into a parking space, slowly breaking when all of a sudden my car accelerated like crazy into a wall, no braking alerts or warnings. So now my car is written off! Although I was certain I hadn’t, due to the shock of what had happened, I convinced myself that my foot must have slipped off the break onto the accelerator. With what I’ve read here, on other forums and searching the web (Which I only did because it just didn’t make sense what happened), there seems to be a problem with Toyota cars doing this!
