Well having read previous posts regarding Tories winning the seat because of ULEZ. Ithink we need to remember one thing here. It was the Tories who made this happen by creating the Law which makes All Mayors do something. And in London something needs to be done. However voting A Tory in the seat will not change the plan. So they may have made their point. But it will Not alter ULEZ.
