Speccy. TBH from what you write we get an inclination of who treated whom badly. If you are going to be abusive to the team members down a phone, I am no judge, but I would bet that Barry Le Grys would do everytihng to protect his team. He has done that his whole career. The team have no way to defend themselves, and it is usually a one sided rant. But Speccy for your own health, you are only making matters worse for yourself. Sometimes you have to let stuff go, analyse and bury it. Everything about your case is outwith your control. You are never going to win, because you have already lost a lot by your grievance. For your own sake – let it go. o be honest Motability and Charity lost as the Ombudsman came out and ruled in my favor even they said it breached Equality act and the boss condones it so great that I won and they were out of order.
