    HI K.H. take a step back before you contact Motability re wheels,……… if you did not ask them first before fitting them and did not inform RSA you could find you are in breach of the Motability contract (just as a ‘by the way’ if you did have a accident with ‘non standard factory fitted’ wheels RSA are well within their rights not to pay any claims, also if you did not inform them you have changed the wheels, but we live in the real world so maybe just change the wheels over to original spec. make sure the tyres are of the same as fitted by manufacture ie. make and size and return the vehicle as collected, But if you purchased them from the main dealer as a charged option when you ordered your car and paid them for the upgrade I think they have to be returned with the car as the cost of option wheels are subsidised and not the true cost. it’s the same if you wanted a sun roof, Sat Nav, power tailgate or heated seats fitted as a factory option of course you would return the vehicle with these wouldn’t you.
