Most companies have AI to deal with complaints and you can never get the phone number for Customer Service.
In all honesty airing your grievance on here may make you feel better, but achieves very little.
What DOES work with any organisation, is to air your grievance on Twitter.
Because every man an his dug can see it….you usually get a swift response from Custormer Service.
