It’s been a bit of a change in the weather recently and it definitely does affect my state of mind. I’ve just re read my post on June 16th and it was a joy to get up and go outside then, but now I’m watching another muted grey day from inside my window. After some heavy and continuous rain the run off from ‘Pinnacle Hill’ above me is a steady stream coming out of pipes in the stone walls and flowing away down the side of the road above us. It’s an effective system that was introduced about a century ago and still remains. It’s a testament to the soaking of the last few days.
My weather app tells me that the next ten days will be similar temperatures (19/20c) but with only three rainy days.
Bring back the sunshine, lol.
