Wow thats cetainly not cheap for a £23k car,probably less using the blue light card. Which works out around around £24k using salary sacrifice. Although the NHS scheme gets the same benifits as Motability – service, tyres, insurace….
The government also clamped down on these salary sacrifice schemes,in that there now treated as company cars and you have to pay BIK rates!
I’m surprised/shocked you don’t qualify as according to- peoplefirst.nhsbt.nhs.uk/Pay-Benefits-and-Pensions/salary-sacrifice.htm state “If taking out a salary sacrifice arrangement takes your pay below the legal National Minimum Wage then you will not be able to participate.” ?
