Doing a typical gutter-press job, above getting the facts right, which she promotes on her Linkedin page. She could have easily spoke to the secretary for disabled people on how the scheme runs (listed in my first comment) and given a balanced review….
The trouble she can cause for the scheme and everyone on it doesn’t bare thinking about!
