Ordered a Suzuki Across PHEV in silver, all cars are Japan factory orders made by Toyota, just a badge and a few minor cosmetic changes, delivery late September early October, due to holidays and commitments we have arranged 20th October.
They will collect and return the vehicle for servicing, however, there is now a £15 charge, I am quite happy with that cannot be bothered with all the hassle.
Apparently when we initially phoned that goes to a call centre, the salesman told us they are pretty useless and quite rude.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
