    Not great ?

I was leaning back towards the Mazda cx5 exclusive line but just read a post on here about poor mpg. I may try and get an extended test drive and see what I get.  It works out at £1600, £2599 with the drivers assistance pack less the £750 new car payment and the £250 gcb.

The Renault Austral Techno Espirit with heated seats would be £2495, over 3yrs at 15000 miles the extra £800 or so in petrol for the Mazda means it wouldn’t be much difference in total.  Again I’ll try and get a test drive, the Mazda has the Bose sound system so that may tip the balance.

Other than those two, Kia Sportage 3 and Skoda Karoq Sportline are 10-12 month wait, Seat Ateca Xperience Lux is same as I have now and same useless tyres. Hyundai Tuscon would be £2745 but I have a friend with an Ultimate and he’s always complaining of poor mpg.

Or wait until Q3/4 and see if the facelift Kuga FHEV arrives and how much it is ?

Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
