Out of interest what were your April rates?
I know it varies where you are in the UK, for example I switched my parents and myself on to fixed deal with EDF sometime ago that ended during price rises. From switching to now my parents who are in England have always paid a couple of pence less per kWh than me in Wales, so I take its the same for you in Scotland!
