May give it a go just because I’ve got nothing to lose by asking the question. But if I’m honest I wouldn’t blame them for saying No. £4400 is on hell of a drop though. The way I see it I paid AP £6995, if the AP had gone up to £7995 would I be happy if Motability wanted the extra grand. No I wouldn’t. It’s the chance you take but never expected it to fall so much, its the shock more than anything else. Overall over the 3yr term its still a hell of a saving for me even at £6995 id never be able to insure it privately, let alone pay the monthly payments for the car.
